Are medical spa treatments covered by my insurance?
Bethany Medi Spa does not file insurance for patients. If you think your insurance company may cover your treatments, we will be happy to supply you with a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Is laser hair reduction effective for all hair types and skin tones?
Laser hair reduction is safe for all skin tones but is not effective for all hair types. The laser targets the melanin, or pigment in your hair. Hairs with darker melanin are more successful with laser reduction. If your hair is blonde, red, or grey, laser treatment will not be an effective method of hair reduction for you. Will laser treatments help my varicose veins?
The laser we use is only effective for the treatment of spider veins.
What is the cost for a consultation?
Medi Spa consultations are absolutely free and we encourage you to come in and speak to our skin care professionals about your concerns so that we may find the best treatment options to fit your budget.
What is laser skin rejuvenation (skin tightening)?
Laser skin rejuvenation is a process in which the laser is used to superheat the collagen in the area of treatment to repair collagen damage which results in a firmer and smoother appearance. The rejuvenation is usually completed in a series of three treatments, with one treatment being performed every 30 days.
Is the Weight Loss Clinic part of Bethany Medi Spa?
The weight loss clinic is part of the internal medicine practice and is administered by Greta O’Buch, PA-C and Cindy Vertefeuille, ANP at the Bethany Medical Clinic location and Amanda Taylor PA at the Bethany Medical Center location.
